These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mr. Sendman application and website. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Mr. Sendman is an email automation application for Shopify stores. It lets merchants create and send automated emails — such as abandoned cart, welcome, and post-purchase messages — to their own customers.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only to send email to recipients who are your own customers or subscribers and who expect to hear from your store. You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.
3. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your emails comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. Every email sent through the service includes an unsubscribe link and your business mailing address.
4. Domain authentication
You must verify ownership of your sending domain before sending emails. You are responsible for the accuracy of the DNS records you publish.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if an account generates excessive bounces or spam complaints, or violates these Terms, in order to protect deliverability for all users.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific delivery, open, or conversion rates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
